Reynosa, Tamaulipas. El Alcalde Carlos Víctor Peña Ortiz confirmó que habrá mega altar de muertos para celebrar esa pintoresca y colorida tradición mexicana.
A principios de noviembre del 2019 y 2020, se colocó en la plaza principal de Reynosa un espacio donde los ciudadanos podían aportar fotografías de sus deudos.
Dentro de esta celebración, el día primero de ese mes había diferentes stands, donde cada organismo, empresa e institución elaboraba su propio altar de muertos.
Simultáneamente se realizaba un concurso y desfile de catrinas, con premios para los disfraces más creativos.
El año pasado estuvieron cerrados los panteones para la visita de familiares, pero este año se contempla la apertura, tomando las medidas de prevención necesarias.
Aunque no se ha dado a conocer todavía el programa, el Presidente Municipal dio a conocer, por lo pronto, que el mega altar de muertos sí se hará en esta ocasión.
