La danza de los millones
Fíjese usted qué paradojas:
El 2007, el PAN –el PAN cabecista, vale matizar–, denunció que la injerencia de la delincuencia organizada en la elección municipal, le había robado la victoria a su candidato a la alcaldía.
Levantones, golpizas y secuestros de por medio.
Un prominente miembro del panismo de entonces –y de ahora, vale matizar–, fue retenido por los maleantes hasta después de vencido el término para la impugnación del resultado.
Los delincuentes, según la queja de entonces, actuaron al servicio del PRI cuyo candidato, OSCAR LUEBBERT, habría de ser declarado triunfador de la contienda constitucional.
Hoy, casi 15 años después, ocurre exactamente lo mismo.
… Pero al revés.
Con una variante: no es –¿o sí?–, exactamente la delincuencia organizada la que perturba la paz del proceso electoral; no son los hombres que actúan en la oscuridad, quienes intranquilizan la participación ciudadana en la elección más importantes de la historia moderna.
No, no es la delincuencia organizada la que siembra el caos y violenta el proceso.
¡Es la misma autoridad!
No podemos hacer una afirmación categórica responsabilizando de esta anomalía a un gobernador que se despeña en caída libre hacia lo desconocido.
Pero sí, [ante la evidencia gráfica mostrada profusamente por la alcaldesa MAKI ORTIZ], de una policía que depende del Estado.
Más concretamente, que depende de la Procuraduría estatal.
Lo mostró la alcaldesa, quejándose de un acoso intimidatorio que mete presión al libre flujo de las ideas y las propuestas de esta, que debería ser una de las expresiones democráticas más ejemplares de México ante el mundo.
La paradoja: mientras el gobernador utiliza todos los foros posibles para quejarse de persecución por parte del gobierno federal, ¿qué hace él?
Por eso, la denuncia hecha por la alcaldesa tuvo resonancia estatal y eco favorable: ciudadanos que utilizaron las redes para responder a la queja de MAKI, precisaron que esta presión persecutora del estado no es nueva:
¡Lleva 5 años!, puntualizaron.
El estado de intranquilidad social y política que se siente en Tamaulipas, es producto de la desesperación de un gobernante que se sabe acorralado y en vías de agotar su carrera política.
¡Qué bueno que ya se va el PAN!, se leyó en redes.
En este sentido, la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación se está tardando en ratificar el desafuero, pues en su últimas ventolera, este ciudadano extranjero está causando mucho daño a una sociedad que se apresta a participar en su fiesta cívica.
¡Ya párenlo!
Por lo demás, no deja de causar gracia el cándido emplazamiento hecho ayer en Reynosa por el presidente del PAN, quien convocó a la presidenta municipal a sacar las manos del proceso interno, cuando MAKI ORTIZ lleva años sufriendo represión persecutora por parte del estado.
¿Dónde estaba el presidente del PAN, cuando desde el centro y utilizando como ‘gatillero’ al ex diputado JESÚS MARÍA “Chuma” MORENO, el gobernador en turno intentó “sacar de la jugada” a la alcaldesa?
¡Vamos!: ¿qué acaso no se nota el escandaloso dispendio de recursos, “comprando” voluntades políticas para ganar Reynosa, la llamada ‘joya de la corona’?
¿No percibe usted el grotesco desfile de monigotes escurriendo billetes por las comisuras de los labios?
BUSCARÁ RIVAS RECURSOS
PARA CIENCIA Y TECNOLOGÍA
En Nuevo Laredo, entre tanto, ante la desaparición de los fondos para la ciencia y tecnología por parte del Gobierno Federal, el candidato a Diputado local por el Distrito I, ENRIQUE RIVAS, aseguró que legislará desde el Congreso del Estado de Tamaulipas para generar recursos y estrategias y apoyar a miles de jóvenes que se quedaron sin el sustento para desarrollar proyectos.
El candidato del Partido Acción Nacional (PAN) aseguró que es lamentable la desaparición de estos apoyos, sobre todo ahora que más mexicanos sobresalen en otras partes del mundo por sus aportaciones a la ciencia y la tecnología.
“Lamentamos que el Gobierno Federal haya desaparecido los apoyos para ciencia y tecnología y aquí nosotros tenemos que impulsar proyectos y programas para el tema educativo”, destacó el candidato.
RIVAS señaló que es necesario involucrar a la sociedad civil para poder recibir más apoyo en este sentido.
“Habremos de legislar y gestionar para traer beneficios particularmente para Nuevo Laredo, buscar nuevos fondos, gestionar e involucrar empresas nacionales y trasnacionales, pero necesitamos el marco legal para llevarlo a cabo”, dijo el aspirante a Diputado local por el Distrito I en Nuevo Laredo.
MEJORARÁN PROPUESTAS DE
YAHLEEL CALIDAD DE VIDA
Por cierto, convencidos de que YAHLEEL ABDALA es la mejor opción, los ciudadanos de Nuevo Laredo saldrán a votar este próximo 6 de junio por la fórmula ganadora del Partido Acción Nacional (PAN).
En sus caminatas y acercamiento con las y los ciudadanos, saludando casa por casa, la candidata a la Presidencia Municipal ha demostrado a los residentes de cada uno de lo sectores que sus propuestas son concretas y con base en las necesidades de esta ciudad.
Entre ellas destacan 246 obras, guardería de 24 horas, Clínica Municipal, banco de medicamentos y entrega de tablets a las y los estudiantes.
“Nos sentimos privilegiados de conocerla, y las propuestas que están puestas esperemos que se cumplan cuando primeramente Dios que todo esté a favor de ella y que quede aquí en Nuevo Laredo”, dijo GUSTAVO MEDINA.
Además de estar seguros de que YAHLEEL ABDALA es la candidata idónea para llevar a Nuevo Laredo al progreso y mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, también la consideran como un ejemplo para todas las mujeres y el inicio de más oportunidades para las neolaredenses.
“Sería lo mejor para que nos tomen en cuenta, necesita la mujer destacar para que nos puedan valorar porque ahorita no se le da la oportunidad a una mujer, ojalá ella pueda lograrlo”, expresó EMMA ROBLES.
OFRECEN CIUDADANOS
RESPALDO A CARLOS PEÑA
Vuelvo a Reynosa para mencionar que CARLOS PEÑA ORTIZ, candidato a la presidencia municipal por Morena y PT, cada día recibe más apoyo de los ciudadanos, que se suman a los miles que le ofrecen su sufragio del próximo 6 de junio.
Por la mañana, este jueves 13 de mayo, sostuvo un encuentro con integrantes del Departamento de Jubilados de la sección. 36 del S.T.P.R.M. A.C.
ROSALINDA VILLARREAL PEQUEÑO, tesorera de la agrupación le dio la bienvenida al candidato de la esperanza.
CARLOS PEÑA ORTIZ, escuchó a los jubilados y presentó su plataforma electoral que incluye impulso al desarrollo económico, pavimentación, educación, acciones a favor del medio ambiente y atención a los animales, entre otras vertientes de beneficio general para la ciudad.
“La vida es de sumar y para eso vamos a estar nosotros y en esa suma Pemex es muy importante para el desarrollo del municipio”, dijo.
Los jubilados escucharon los planteamientos y hablaron de las necesidades en sus colonias.
“Es un muchacho muy joven, con mucha capacidad, que tiene muchos deseos de trabajar y transformar Reynosa y lo vamos a apoyar porque tenemos la confianza”, dijo ALBERTO ACUÑA GONZÁLEZ, presidente del Departamento de Jubilados.
El Candidato de la Esperanza y la Transformación, posteriormente asistió a una reunión con mujeres donde como invitado dio a conocer su plataforma electoral y explicó las ventajas de los ejes rectores del gobierno que presidirá con el voto de los reynosenses.
CARLOS también aceptó la invitación de asociaciones civiles que le prepararon una reunión, donde también recibió su respaldo para que el 6 de junio obtenga el triunfo electoral, por el que llegue a la presidencia municipal.
REYNOSA: VACUNACIÓN
ANTI COVID-19 EN ORDEN
Antes de que se me pase, deje compartirle que El Gobierno Municipal invitó a las familias de los adultos mayores que ya recibieron la primera dosis anti COVID-19, a que los lleven a completar el proceso de inmunización, portando su anterior comprobante, el nuevo folio descargado de la Página Web www.mivacuna.salud.mx y copia de un recibo que indique su domicilio.
El Ayuntamiento de Reynosa cuenta con personal médico en los módulos de la Estrategia Conjunta de Vacunación para observación a las personas vacunadas durante el tiempo considerado para una eventual reacción a la aplicación, además de personal de la Dirección de Salud y Grupos Vulnerables que colaboran en la guía de los asistentes.
Para que la vacunación contra la COVID-19 se dé en orden y sin tiempo de espera extendido, la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social apoya el registro de adultos mayores guiándolos al área de aplicación, y colaborando por parte del Municipio con sillas, mesas, hieleras, termómetros, alimentación y agua embotellada además de servicios sanitarios portátiles.
Para guardar el orden vial, el Gobierno Municipal también mantiene vigilancia en las 4 sedes ordinarias y operativos permanentes en los 2 módulos de vacunación a bordo del automóvil, contando además con ambulancia, Paramédicos y personal de Protección Civil para el resguardo y auxilio de los ciudadanos.
LLAMA PROTECCIÓN CIVIL A
MANTENER LIMPIOS PATIOS Y CALLES
De otro lado, la Coordinación de Protección Civil y Bomberos advierte sobre la prolongación de las lluvias por varios días más, por lo cual exhorta a no arrojar basura en baldíos y vía pública, para evitar que esta cause acumulación de agua en las calles.
La corporación trabajó desde la madrugada de este miércoles 12 de mayo en la prevención de inundaciones, enfrentado el principal problema, la acumulación de desechos en los desagües.
A pesar de la intensa lluvia de la madrugada y las precipitaciones aisladas durante el día, no se han registrado problemas graves pero la basura bloqueó alcantarillas y desagües pluviales y retardó el paso natural del agua en las calles.
A nombre del Gobierno Municipal, la encargada de la dependencia dio a conocer que se registraron encharcamientos en diversas colonias, algo que pudiera evitarse si no se arroja basura en la vía pública y si se mantiene tapada la que se produce en casa.
La corporación civil municipal mantiene en observación la calichera en Paseo de las Flores por estar cerca de su límite de capacidad pero considera de gran importancia la colaboración de todos para evitar que la lluvia cause problemas serios.
MATAMOROS: “AL 100 CON YA SABES
QUIÉN”, LE DICEN A “LA BORREGA”
En Matamoros, entre tsnto, al visitar este jueves a los comerciantes establecidos a lo largo de la avenida Roberto Guerra, el candidato de Morena a la Presidencia Municipal, MARIO LÓPEZ continúo recibiendo innumerables muestras de adhesión, al manifestarle que esta frontera “estamos al 100 con ya saben quién”.
A su paso por cada uno de los comercios, el abanderado de la coalición “Juntos haremos historia” recibió el saludo franco de quienes forman una de las principales fuerzas económicas, quienes le expresaron que el próximo 6 de junio darán voto masivo a Morena.
Su recorrido por las calles de la avenida Roberto Guerra fue atestiguada por representantes de los medios de comunicación, a quienes el candidato les mencionó que las muestras de apoyo por parte de la ciudadanía son evidentes de que quieren la continuidad, de que están contentos con una administración que les ha dado confianza y resultados.
MARIO LÓPEZ “La Borrega” dijo que en sus recorridos por las colonias de la ciudad, la ciudadanía sigue pidiendo pavimentación y alumbrado público, esto, en virtud de que por muchos años las administraciones anteriores no respondieron a estas necesidades planteadas por la población.
En Matamoros el pueblo está decidido a que el 06 de junio dará voto masivo a Morena, para que MARIO LÓPEZ “La Borrega” siga gobernando la ciudad; para que ADRIANA LOZANO, continúe representando a los matamorenses como diputada federal y para que ELIFA GÓMEZ, BETO GRANADOS, LETY SÁNCHEZ e ISIDRO VARGAS representen a los ciudadanos de los distritos, IX, X, XI y XII, respectivamente.
ENTREGA CONGRESO DOCUMENTACIÓN
A LA SCJN SOBRE CONTROVERSIA
Desde otra vertiente, le comparto que el Congreso del Estado aportó en tiempo y forma la documentación que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación solicitó, para acreditar la representación legal del Presidente de la Mesa Directiva de este Poder para actuar en controversias constitucionales.
Lo anterior, luego de que el Poder Legislativo Local promoviera el día 30 de abril del 2021, una controversia constitucional al considerar que existen actos que violentan la soberanía de Tamaulipas.
Por lo tanto, al haber cumplido el Congreso del Estado con la documentación requerida, la controversia contra la Cámara de Diputados del Congreso de la Unión sigue su curso normal en lo que ha derecho proceda.
PROPONE GERARDO PLAN
DE REFORESTACIÓN NACIONAL
Lo que nos recuerda que, el presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política del Congreso, GERARDO PEÑA FLORES presentó la propuesta de un Plan integral de reforestación a nivel nacional, que tome en consideración las especies de árboles nativos y vocación de cada región.
Su planteamiento consiste en exhortar al titular del Ejecutivo Federal, para que realice las acciones necesarias para desarrollar e implementar este proyecto, con el objetivo de regenerar el medio ambiente, purificar el aire, conservar la fauna y el agua, así como disminuir el efecto invernadero.
Destacó que con la cantidad de incendios forestales que se han presentado en este año, resultaron afectadas 127 mil 110 hectáreas, lo que significa dos veces más en comparación de la superficie dañada en el año 2020.
PEÑA FLORES, se mostró sensible, preocupado y ocupado, ya que se está viviendo una de las sequías más generalizadas e intensas en décadas.
OLGA: CONSTRUCTORAS LOCALES
HARÁN OBRA PÚBLICA DE TAMPICO
A propósito de campañas, constructoras locales tendrán prioridad en la licitación de la obra pública de Tampico, de esa manera se fortalecerá la economía local, el empleo y las oportunidades, es un compromiso hecho por OLGA SOSA RUIZ con los integrantes de la Cámara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcción.
La candidata a presidenta municipal por Morena y el PT, expuso ante los constructores su plan de gobierno para los próximos tres años, donde se pondera a los constructores locales, así como a los proveedores de esta zona, lo que reactivará la economía que ha estado severamente castigada por la pandemia; el ramo de la construcción fue el que más empleos perdidos registro en los últimos meses; la candidata por Morena y PT además señaló que los trámites serán ágiles para incentivar la inversión y apertura de empresas.
En su exposición, OLGA SOSA ofreció un gobierno comprometido con la ciudad que entregará resultados, reconoció que los constructores necesitan tener obra para dar trabajo a los miles de obreros que dependen de esta actividad, lo que sin duda será una realidad en el gobierno municipal de la Cuarta Transformación, que además será manejado con transparencia para que de esa manera la ciudadanía conozca a qué se destinan los recursos de las y los tampiqueños.
OLGA SOSA RUIZ precisó que otra de las demandas es ejercer obra pública con visión conurbada como la conectividad vial, así como también recibieron con beneplácito que la obra pública esté a disposición de cualquier ciudadano a través de los códigos QR, porque de esa manera se facilita la serie de procedimientos que se necesitan para saber quien hizo la obra pública y especificaciones técnicas así como su costo total.
[-Entreparéntesis: La secretaria de Salud GLORIA MOLINA GAMBOA presentó el reporte diario sobre el avance de la pandemia de COVID-19 en el estado, en el que confirma 78 nuevos contagios registrados durante las últimas 24 horas así como 5 fallecimientos. Ante ello, la titular de la SST reiteró el llamado a intensificar las acciones de prevención y de seguridad sanitaria como el uso del cubrebocas en todos los espacios públicos, el lavado frecuente de manos, respetar la sana distancia y quedarse en casa el mayor tiempo posible. Detalló que con los nuevos casos, la cifra oficial asciende a 53,837 positivos, de los cuales 48,039 se han recuperado y 5,009 han perdido la vida. “Los casos, las complicaciones graves y fallecimientos pueden ser evitables atendiendo las recomendaciones ya conocidas” subrayó-].

CHUCHO NADER Y FORMULA PANISTA
Mientras que en Tampico, trabajadores adheridos a más de 30 organizaciones sindicales, manifestaron su absoluto respaldo a CHUCHO NADER, candidato del PAN a la Presidencia municipal, durante un encuentro celebrado este miércoles en las instalaciones de la Confederación Regional de Trabajadores del Sur de Tamaulipas, a la que también asistió el dirigente de esta federación, EDMUNDO GARCÍA ROMÁN y los comités directivos de cada uno de los sindicatos.
Entre vivas expresiones de apoyo por parte de los agremiados, pertenecientes a la central obrera más grande del país, el edil con licencia reiteró su compromiso de seguir impulsando el desarrollo y progreso de la ciudad a través de un programa de obra pública que privilegie el bienestar de las familias tampiqueñas.
CHUCHO NADER expresó que hace dos años y medio inició la transformación y rescate de Tampico convirtiéndola en una de las ciudades más seguras, limpias, ordenadas y progresistas del país.
Recordó que el municipio se encontraba en total abandono y con grandes rezagos en obras y servicios públicos, por lo que, dijo, se sumaron esfuerzos entre sociedad, gobierno e iniciativa privada, para emprender uno de los cambios más importantes que ha tenido la ciudad en los últimos años.
CHUCHO NADER acompañado de su esposa, AÍDA FÉRES de NADER, así como los demás candidatos de la fórmula; ROSA GONZÁLEZ AZCÁRRAGA; NORA GÓMEZ y MON MARÓN, indicó que en los próximos tres años de gobierno, se dará continuidad a los grandes proyectos de transformación que garanticen mayor desarrollo económico, impulso al turismo, generación de empleo, y bienestar social para todas las familias tampiqueñas.

Concatenando temas, con la participación de ciudadanos, expertos, representantes de sectores productivos y líderes de opinión, dieron inicio este jueves, las mesas de participación social “Expresión Tampico” encabezadas por el Candidato del PAN a la Presidencia municipal CHUCHO NADER y los candidatos de la fórmula panista.
Los foros ciudadanos, cuyo objetivo es el de promover la participación de la sociedad en la construcción de un mejor municipio, cuentan con diferentes mesas de trabajo en los temas de Desarrollo Social, Seguridad, Desarrollo Económico, Turismo, Mujeres y Grupos vulnerables; así como Infraestructura y Servicios públicos.
CHUCHO NADER expresó que la participación de la ciudadanía es esencial en el desarrollo e implementación de políticas públicas orientadas a generar progreso, desarrollo, y bienestar social.
Esta primera mesa de trabajo, sobre desarrollo social, fue moderada por los expertos, RAFAEL ISAAC ESTRADA DANELL y JORGE ALBERTO PÉREZ CRUZ; y contaron con la participación de representantes de organismos camarales, asociaciones civiles, colegios de profesionistas, ciudadanos, universitarios y representantes empresariales de Tampico, quienes aportaron propuestas orientadas a la generación de mayor desarrollo económico, fortalecimiento turístico, desarrollo social, promoción de la cultura; educación, capacitación, empleo y consolidación de la ciudad en el ámbito regional y nacional, entre otras.
En estos diálogos ciudadanos participaron también, los candidatos a las Diputaciones Federal y Locales, ROSA GONZÁLEZ, NORA GÓMEZ y MON MARÓN, respectivamente.
ROSA GONZÁLEZ FORTALECERÁ AL
TURISMO DEL SUR DE TAMAULIPAS
Por asociación temática, con el propósito de lograr que la economía siga ligada al crecimiento y que a su vez genere mayor turismo, es necesario seguir fortaleciendo estos factores para que Tampico y la zona sur cuenten con más desarrollo social, señaló la candidata del PAN a la diputación federal por el 08 distrito, ROSA GONZÁLEZ AZCÁRRAGA.
Ello ocurrió en el foro de participación social “Expresión Tampico”, encabezada por expertos en materia económica y desarrollo social, en cuyo desarrollo la abanderada panista recalcó que, sin duda, la vocación turística de Tampico es un pivote que está generando fortalecimiento a la economía de miles de tampiqueños, mediante nuevas ofertas de empleo y cadenas de valor en todos los sectores involucrados.
“Podremos ofrecer en tres años más un Tampico netamente turístico, que aporte más derrama económica e ingreso para miles de tampiqueños; tenemos una ciudad con historia, naturalmente bonita, con cultura y atractivos, y eso hay que seguirlo explotando”, precisó.
En esta primer foro de expresión ciudadana participaron; el candidato a la alcaldía porteña, CHUCHO NADER, su esposa, AÍDA FÉRES de NADER; y la fórmula panista de Tampico.

SOBRE EL CAMBIO SOCIAL
Por último, la Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas (UAT) participará en el Primer Conversatorio Virtual “Experiencias PERAJ como factor de cambio social en el norte de México”, que organiza la Red de Vinculación de la Región Noreste de la ANUIES (Asociación Nacional de Universidades e Instituciones de Educación Superior) en coordinación con PERAJ México.
El evento contempla la participación de ocho universidades (cinco de ellas adheridas a la red de la región noreste y tres invitadas), y tiene por objetivo compartir experiencias e identificar áreas de oportunidad que permitan el desarrollo de actividades conjuntas en beneficio del programa.
El conversatorio se realizará en modalidad virtual el próximo 19 de mayo del presente año en horario de 9:00 a 12:45 horas a través de la plataforma Microsoft Teams.
