En su campaña en pos de la Diputación Local en el Congreso de Tamaulipas, Luis Espino tuvo la oportunidad de visitar los ejidos Cavazos, Santo Niño y estación Argüelles, donde saludos a los ciudadanos y los menores se tomaron una foto con el candidato.
En las comunidades rurales, así como en las colonias y fraccionamientos, Luis Espino ratificó su propuesta de gestionar y llevar iniciativas efectivas y reales para el bienestar de los hogares y en especial de la niñez y sus Derechos.
